Who We Are

The NOSA Scholarship Fund was founded on a simple but powerful principle: paying it forward. Established in 2007 by alumni of Namasagali College in Kamuli, Uganda, NOSA Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built on a shared legacy of academic excellence, leadership, and service. Though our alumni community now spans the globe, we remain united by a common purpose : to invest in the next generation of Ugandan leaders. Since 2008, we have provided financial support to talented yet underprivileged undergraduate students across Uganda, ensuring that economic hardship does not stand in the way of academic achievement and future impact.

Our Vision

To establish a sustainable support system that empowers vulnerable individuals through education and life skills. We aim to recapture the spirit of Namasagali College while fostering a compassionate, innovative charitable organization that creates lasting social impact in Uganda.

Our Mission

To empower Uganda’s brightest undergraduates by removing financial barriers and locking their full potential. We believe talent is universal  opportunity is not. Our mission is to bridge that gap by identifying students who combine academic excellence, leadership promise, and financial need, equipping them with the resources to thrive.
